Holy Crap! We are nearing the end and I am starting to panic that I am not going to make my goal. I am hoping to increase my exercise (especially because I have the 1/2 Marathon and Woman of Steel races breathing down my neck). I lost weight this week, putting me back in the place I was
four weeks ago. The place where if I accomplish my goal, I will weigh in at a weight I have been only once in the last 7 years! It would feel really good to get there :) My goal this week is to lose 1.5 lbs!
