Scott Schwendiman's Goals

My weekly goal is to lose 1 lb per week.


Long-term goal is to lose 12 lbs.





This week my goal is to eat 1,500 calories or less per day (except for one of the weekend nights I will give myself a few more calories for a night out, but only one night and I won't go crazy and order everything on the menu.).
