I DID IT!!
I lost 4.5 lbs this week. My goal was 2. I think I may have found what works for me finally. Cutting out Sugar
What I learned:
* I need to be more prepared when I know I am going some place or eat before
I found myself at a wedding shower with only sugar to eat
* I was nicer to my family no huge sugar mood swings
* I was so TIRED (sleeping 7 hours each day no problem)
* My body ached - i told myself it was my body eating itself because it didn't
have sugar to eat
* I love to DRINK - (it is a good think it isn't liquor)
diet coke, water doesn't matter as long as I go to Maverick
To do this week:
to add more exercise to my day/week
continue to drink
continue my eating plan like last week
Goal:
2 lb weight loss
I love either one of Rachel's challenge ideas
That is so fantastic! That is a huge accomplishment this week.
