I lost my pound that I gained. I actually ate more. I stuck to my 1200 cal but ate ALL 1200 cal. I will stick to the 1200 cal diet and exercise 5 days a week using Body for Life workouts. I hope to lose 1 lb again this week and keep seeing the changes to my muscles.
