My food plan this week is to count calories (1300 daily) and not eat ANY chocolate dunford donuts. This may seem easy to all but for me that is my main food source along with diet coke. This is my plan for this week and my diet may change weekly according to my blood levels.
Good plan Shelly, but your calories seem low to me. See how you feel after this week, but you may want to bump it up a bit :)
