Jen Jessop

I know that I am not strong enough to EVER give up sugar and I don't eat that much. Way to go sticking with it for a whole week! It seems that if I can't have something, I want it even more! So no sugar would not work for me!

This week I am going to stick with the 1200 cal diet, exercise 5 days a week and drink 64 oz of water (not going to lie...I like my water in the form of diet coke....this is very hard for me!)

I lost .4 on the scale, not sure if that is oz? My goal is to maintain my current weight and see more muscle definition...I should have measured at the beginning......
