Leslie and Scott's goals week 5

Leslie's goal this week is to follow diet/exercise plan and to do the daily challenges. I am ABSOLUTELY not going off sugar again. (Shelly, don't know how you've been doing it!) I will only eat what sugar I can incorporate into my diet plan, but going completely off sugar really messed with my pysche. Like I said before, Momma needs her chocolate.

Scott's goal is to continue with 1500 calories along with the daily challenges. He also will be incoporating sugar back into his diet. At least we know we tried no sugar and we did it for a whole week! Pretty amazing.
