WEEK SEVEN CHALLENGE!!
Half way there everybody! At the start, 12 weeks didn't sound that long...some days it feels longer than others and then you wake up at you're already at week seven.
Week Seven Challenge: 1 min. plank hold daily, longer if you can, 1 min. wall sit daily and 64 oz water daily. (sorry Mary, it's for our own good!)
If anyone has any ideas they would like to throw out for the weekly challenge, you're welcome to do so.
Scott and Leslie's goal will remain the same. It will be a tougher challenge this week as we are traveling to Rexburg and there's always lots of delicious treats and eating out. We will do our best!
Scott lost another lb. this week and is down in the 170s which has evaded him for years. Good job Scotty!!
